To get help. I hate this new sysrem. I want to talk to someone
I went to the Verizon AP. Wouldn't take my password. Then the choosers didn't fit my need. I went I circle. Didn't understand what I was saying. Pushed to use online service. I hate using online services. Ask what I need I type it out. Then asked again how can I help, why even ask the 1st time if I have to repeat and repeat the same thing. I ever had a hard time finding the phone number today.

The OTG feature has never worked on my phone. My wife's phone is exactly the same as mine and her's works perfectly. It accesses USB thumb drives well and mine will not. I waited on hold for 30min to speak with Sam. He said the same things they all have said and blamed it on settings though I told him I have called multiple times over this issue and gone through the settings with no positive outcome. Then said that it was a compatibility issue refusing to believe that the drive worked on my wife's phone. He then said I would have to talk to Samsung and hung up on me.
User's recommendation: Buy two cans and string because if the phone breaks, you are on your own.

Im not able to pay my bill this month but I was wondering if I could get extra time with my services because of the cover 19 and I am medical issues so I was wondering if you can still keep me on my services?
