Internet not working

The wires were disconnected and we cannot reconnect my Fios Internet will not connect. We tried rebooting several times nothing is bringing it back online

Absolutely terrible tech support

I spent hours on the phone to be told that my watch needed to be replaced and then told that my watch had a lock on it from samsung for none payment. That is crazy. I bought the watch outright over a year ago. They then transfered me to samsung. Their reply, we don't do that. So I was jerked around for hours while the clueless tech's looked up. So unhappy with my service. did god know what.

User's recommendation: Go to a different carrier, as Verizon does not care whatsoever about their customers. Nor do their tech teams have any idea what is going on.

Can't make or receive calls

I am unable to make or receive calls Phone is not registered just activated yesterday was working fine alldy today can't make calls

Bad dvr

I just tried to watch 3 movies and the last 15-20 minutes were lost. Call and get not their fault - fault of satellite. Bad answer. What do I pay them for. Not happy happens too often Not

I spent thirty years with AT&T and received almost perfect service. The company moved out of the area and I signed up with Verizon as my new carrier. I have received TERRIBLE service. I reported my dr

tI signed up with Verizon and received TERRIBLE service. I had drop calls in the middle of very important calls. I report my problems several times and the problem continues, and I continue to receive a big bill for little or no service. I did not know that a company like Verizon would treat a customer like how I was treated. The service I received was minus zero. Icannot recommend Verizon to anyone.

When there is a new costumer, and there are problems send professionals to resolve the problem. Many customers are not technology- literate. They need help in setting up phones and other equiptment when they are bought from you.

Talk to a live representative

You name I. Unable to use password, answer to security question, not recognized, unable to change password, unable to talk to a real person, virtual assistant useless

User's recommendation: Go to Verizon Store I Guess. Getting help is not an option with Verizon.

To get service (home visit) from verizon for an existing ticket

I have been dealing with 'no dial tone' on our home land line phone since Monday Sept 6. Mainly worked with 3 live chat agents all very professional last 3 days and every session ended (time out??) in the middle of session without any resolution. I want to schedule a site technician who can track and solve the issue otherwise may have to cancel the contract for the line.

Mad mad mad

Been watched throught my camera,recorded through my microphones and violated in ways I'll never get over. So all 3 companies have allowed thus to happen to me and many more in sure. Beware cover your cameras people!!they're watching and controlling us. Read the forum on Google. There are more stories

Never received devices not getting a response from Verizon not happy

Ordered my family some devices other day they said it will ship express 2 days nothing 2 more days passed nothing then I called they said if nothing show in 2 more days call back file claim to replace still no help called on hold for hour nothing I'm done with Verizon

Can’t sign in to Verizon app

Can not get a real person to get on the line. I cant sign into my Verizon app and the chat option does not help. This is *** Ive called several different numbers and stores

Can't receive texts

Activated new phone,can send but not receive text messages,this phone is also used for business,now I don't know if my clients are texting me or not,will be really pissed if I lose jobs.

Spent $400 on a hot spot and additional $150 month and it don't work

Now I can't even get a freaking VZW person on the phone, I have a broken back and can't go to a store. ANSWER THE GAWD DAMMED PHONE

User's recommendation: Seriously consider somebody else. I have been with them since 1993 and after covid, their customer service has become abysmal.

Cant talk to a live person, local office is closed

Looks like Verizon is using Covid-19 as an excuse to keep stores closed and when you try to reach a customer service representative you are put on hold indefinitely or if not put on hold you are repeatedly given menu options that send you in circles . Verizon is obviously not wanting to hire people to talk to you and using automated systems to save money

Either good customer service (not with a robot) and ability to directly solve my communication problems or phone problems or internet problems with a live Agent.
