Verizon Customer Service is horrible

I signed up with the Tech Sure program with Verizon a month ago and I still can't get my wife enroll in LifeLock. The customer service reps do not their jobs, they give you partial answer and transfer you different departments that never answer the phone. I've spent over three hours on hold and the issue still isn't resolved. I dropped AT&T over poor customer service and Verizon is going to get dumped as well

Horrible customer service. They have promised to come to my 90-year-old fathers home in a service call on for separate occasions, giving a four-hour window (E.g., 8:00 AM - noon) for each call. Although they confirmed the evening before each time, they failed to show up for each of the appointments. Following each disappointment, my father called While a technician kept him on the line for an hour, ostensibly working through the issue. But this too was of no avail. No accountability, no professionalism. Service is off-the-charts BAD.

My father is 90 years old. Customer Service was supposed to come to his house 3 times. Each time for a four-hour window. Although they called to confirm the night before, they were no shows (without the courtesy of a call) on all three occasions. When my feather called he was on the line for over an hour each time. So far he has had 16 hours tied up with Verizon better waiting for service and phone calls with no resolution of the problem, if it were possible, I would rate them NEGATIVE 5 for service. Its worse than bad, it's abysmal. If you have any other option., I would recommend thread you go with it.

This the most overpriced poor customer service provider I have ever dealt with. I purchase the Verizon bundle in April of 2019, I have had at least 15 tech call/visits from there technicians and the problem STILL exists as I type this compliant. The management chain for the Clinton Maryland office is a freaking joke. I tried to find out how to escalate my compliant frustration through the management chain, no could provide that information either. USELESS TV freezes constantly - every time I call, they want to sell me something - new router, etc... how about fixing the crap you have already installed. On top of all of this crap, they want to charge an early termination fee --- WTF

I have been with Verizon for over 15 years. When we first starting using their service it was AWESOME. Over the years it has slowly changed, and not in a positive way. Trying to speak to a customer service agent, you can expect to wait 40+ minutes. When you have unlimited data it is VERY slow...they falsely advertise "deals" and when they tell you the terms the "deal" is really no deal at all. Very disappointed! I would love to find a new provider...Im looking around. Dont sign up with Verizon....You'll be an unhappy customer!

Wow, tried to buy a phone. Couldn't call the store-kept going to the main Verizon line so I ordered it on-line. It didn't go through. After one hour they said it was their glitch and they would call me back. After two and half hours called them back and had to start all over. Got the phone ordered and it was delivered to a store. They could only hold it three days. I called, it's a Christmas surprise, nope can't hold it. Wow! They do not care!!!
