Verizon is a trap. They are the worse company to get involved with. Do not sign any contract-do not get phone insurance. Take it from my loss, run and run fast before they try to GET in your pocket, and then you cannot get them out. phones are made of glass there meant to break your at a loss from the beginning.do not sign a plan your trapped. these people are the bad dont eget caught up.

I have not yet been able to check in to my account. And Verizon has yet to contact me.

No matter what information I provided, I was unable to sign in to pay my bill! I know my phone number, my name, my address, my zip phone, etc., but Verizon accepts none of these and locked me out. I spent 45 minutes and could not sign in, pay m bill. or even chat to an agDo SwithSwithent! What n the heck is the matter with Verizon!!??

I got a late charge after the mail was delayed, maybe it was a snow storm why they didnt post my payment, or a covidet

Deceiving customers

Beware! This business is deceiving customers. They force customers to buy accessories with their phones without telling you how much they are going to charge. They just tell you that the accessories come with the phones (and they make you think Verizon store gives them to you as a bonus) and they charge you about $220/phone after they activate your phone, put on screen protector and cheap phone case. What a rip-off! They charged me $670 for the accessories of 3 iphone -13 I bought at the store. They also added the protection plan ($17/month for each phone) without asking me. Stay away from this business!
