Cookies one cannot remove. Why not? One cannot contact them by email to complain. Why not? Is this is a professional kind company respecting their customers and do they respect users browsing the internet, not wanting their stuff as software on their computer? Why not?

User's recommendation: Try to block verizon when using the internet and see how sticky they are.

Defective ohone

The OTG feature has never worked on my phone. My wife's phone is exactly the same as mine and her's works perfectly. It accesses USB thumb drives well and mine will not. I waited on hold for 30min to speak with Sam. He said the same things they all have said and blamed it on settings though I told him I have called multiple times over this issue and gone through the settings with no positive outcome. Then said that it was a compatibility issue refusing to believe that the drive worked on my wife's phone. He then said I would have to talk to Samsung and hung up on me.

User's recommendation: Buy two cans and string because if the phone breaks, you are on your own.

Your one talk dailer and app is a piece of crap, take it off my phone

Cant hook up to incoming calls and have no dial tone when trying to call out. and when you do answer the phone does not connect with customer

Extremely poor service

Can not understand most people, they pass and pass you around, one person says one thing another says something different. It is tiresome if I had my way I would go somewhere else for a phone your customer service is absolutely terrible.

Yet another disappointment

Okay, I am supposed to get a company discount Should be easy right? Nope you make the process obnoxious. At one point it had been resolved. Until recently. A Ms. Ramona F sent a very unprofessional email and it got my attention. In shout y bold letters NOT GETTING DISCOUNT. She did not ever give her full name. Just Ramona F. Your protocols are really time-consuming. I have had 2 very sweet customer service reps. But obviously they are limited in powers. Why do I need to sign again when My Verizon is supposed to be the answer. This why I continue to say Verizon is awful. I thought the idea was a one stop shop? Not very customer friendly. Having to change passwords etc is so tiresome. Enough already. That email had a reference # 187777 if anyone cares or is listening.

3 days prior to my auto pay I logged into my Verizon and I filled out the deferred payment option and fill out the promissory note to pay 2 weeks from the normal date I received approval and confirmation through website and the email then today on my typical billing date they went ahead and billed anyway. Now my checking account is minus $266 plus Wells Fargo charge me $35 overdraft payment for paying that bill that should have never been posted today I've been talking to him all morning and basically they said we'll be credit your account but you won't see it for up to 5 days so who pays 5 days worth of overdraft payments they just said sorry for the inconvenience that was their answer never use Verizon they are horrible

User's recommendation: Use any other phone provider but do not use Verizon they're horrible customer service and most expensive plans out there.

Dump it. Forget it.

That's a lot of money ; do you really need this hassle as well ?

I've had a phone on the kitchen wall since 1956 and still don't own a cellular telephone or other device. Those things seem to take over large portions of people's lives.

Trying to remove a disputed charge on my bill.

My bill arrived with a charge for a movie we did not order. I tried the following: Used the website to dispute the charge. Nothing happens when you click the button. (Note, I am developer and I know how websites work). Spent 30+ minutes in a chat, basically to be told, can't remove it and offered a free month of Youtube TV as a compensation. Sent a revised bill showing a $50 charge for Youtube TV. When questioned, was told the first month was a trial, I could cancel after the trial period. Went to the went site to try the "Call me" option. Told option was not available. Sent a detail message via Facebook messenger. After an hour, still no reply nor acknowledgement of the message. Just tried voice number, told, sorry can't do that now, try tomorrow. So far, I've spent close to an hour trying to get a disputed charge removed. I suspect this is deliberate to make people give up. Verizon is pricey, every time I call, it is generally an hour, and not very helpful. Very disappointed...
