I was very disappointed that your company did not download my old iPhone to my new one I bought at Verizon. Even the phone case didn't fit. I thought the charger was cheap quality also. More money and less service. The volume also was bad.

LIES, UPON LIES

I originally signed up for verizon post paid after being on prepaid for years. I ordered an iPhone 11 during their Buy One Get One promotion, but at the time I only ordered one phone. A few weeks later when the promotion was over, I decided that I did in fact want another iPhone 11. I called and spoke with Anothony Sharp and explained what I was trying to accomplish, he placed me on hold and spoke with his supervisor then proceeded to tell me that I would be able to get the iPhone 11 for free despite the promotion having ended. So I signed up for another line and here we are June and I still have charges on my bill for the extra phone--charges that I did not anticipate. I've called multiple times and was informed that it was not approved and I have to pay for the phone. This is not what I was told by Anthony Sharp out of Florida. This is infuriating. The lies they tell you to make a sell.

Good afternoon, As a dedicated Verizon customer for the past 20+ years I felt compelled to reach out regarding a recent posting on LinkedIn regarding to Verizon's CEO (Hans Vestberg) and former United States President - Bill Clinton. It's no secret that the former President has been very close to the Jeffrey Epstein scandal that is still unfolding and curious why Verizon would choose Bill Clinton despite his 26+ confirmed trips to Jeffrey Epstein's island? This isn't a conspiracy and I'm just looking for insight before deciding if Verizon is a company I wish to continue doing business with. Regardless of political party, having a keynote speaker with close ties to convicted sex offenders will hurt the Verizon brand. I try my best to stay out of politics but I'm on LinkedIn often and this has appeared on my page throughout the day so I felt obligated to reach out to learn more. Phone not working

I spent 3 hours on hold waiting for a rep to pick up. In the meantime I also started a chat session which took 1 1/2 hours before an agent came on line. Finally connected with both at the same time and went with the call instead of the chat. What really irritated me was the call suggested my wait time was between 30 to 57 minutes. The chat indicated 10 minutes. Neither could have been farther from the reality. In this day and age they should have an online system to enter the issue and have a rep contact you back. I needed a tech to come to the house as there was no phone service throughout the house. The lawn was mowed yesterday and I have to surmise they somehow affected the line. I could have entered all of that on line in a matter of minutes and had a rep call me back to confirm rather than suffer through the horrible ordeal I did have to suffer through.t

Ann Cottrell - 501-680-****. I visited Verizon on Tuesday regarding problems with my Android horrible phone. I cannot unblock people even with your lame instructions that do not work. My texts are going to the wrong people. My screen is black. I can't call people and they can't call me. I am 67 years old, live alone and have arthritis. Your representative came outside, said she could only help business customers and told us to go home, while in the mean time she was screwing up my phone even more. SHE TOLD US TO GO HOME!!!!!!

User's recommendation: DO NOT GET A VERIZON PHONE. THE STAFF WILL NOT HELP YOU.

GigaBite connection is HORRIBLE

Ever since I 'upgraded' to GigaBit connectivity and equipment, my whole house is running SLOWER and the connection is intermittent! I lose service multiple times per week and lose connection on multiple devices regularly. Customer service is brutal and SLOW and never solves the issue

lack of communication between them and my branch store in Naples, Fl. Had me without phone for 3 days and family up north could not get in touch with me or me with them. Do NOT purchase this phone

Samsung S10E Galaxy phone, drops calls constantly, won't send out more than 8 pictures on FB, 10 second videos sent on messenger are fuzzy and unrecognizable, I have to walk all over the house or outside to hear the person (no, I don't have a metal roof). The run around is unbelievable ! I paid 609.00 for a lemon. For a billion dollar company there service all the way around is terrible. One of the reps told me this particular phone does have issues. You can return a lemon phone within 14 days, THE STORE FAILED TO TELL ME THIS. This is not good, clear, honest salesmanship (to say the least) .

Poor service w/ Verizon

Verizon does not support routers bought from a third party. They try to sell you an overpriced router. If you buy from a third party vendor, you will not be able to connect to FIOS. They will jerk you around over the phone and their representatives barely speak english. I will be switching my service. Avoid Verizon like the plague.

Poor service

I called Verizon to change my service and eliminate TVcoverage. I told the rep that I wanted to reduce my costs and was going with a streaming service. I told her that I only wanted internet and a phone line. She quoted a price that was higher than the bundled rate for three. She did not offer to bundle or show how I could save with a lower internet speed. I am going to find an alternative because without real competition Verizon couldn't care less about customers.

To get help. I hate this new sysrem. I want to talk to someone

I went to the Verizon AP. Wouldn't take my password. Then the choosers didn't fit my need. I went I circle. Didn't understand what I was saying. Pushed to use online service. I hate using online services. Ask what I need I type it out. Then asked again how can I help, why even ask the 1st time if I have to repeat and repeat the same thing. I ever had a hard time finding the phone number today.
