Absolute disregard for customer privacy concern as well as inaccurate info provided

issues since day 1 called one week in, regarding settings on phone, and wanted to know why my password would always require changing even after onewalk hour. Claimed they were so secure. nope nope nope, 5 years later realized our daughter has been hacking phones since she was 12. the last 6 mos called over 20 times and visited 4 strores, 3 stores told me husband is lying and today a store person killed the deal. WE know now our daughter has infiltrated our whole life, starting with verizon. 3 weeks no fixes, all kinds of different answers and 1 line usble out of 4. But the store told me to day not to worry about my phones take care of my derelict daughter. I about snapped, and he again couldnt help us. Even though corporate fraud dept assured they could. I am in tears its bad enough to have these feelings of contempt for my child who has been our nightmare with absolute zero help from anyone. Oh i tried getting help, but when she is running 6 burner phones and keeps accessing our account making her dad and I fight the last thinkg i needed after spending 3 weeks to attempt at fixing is another jerk at verizon to waste my time but to degrade my parenting. I have called about text mssgs coming in all at once for the week, not getting calls, calls going to voice mail, Password always being wrong about iphone being cloned. Finally when we found a diffenent imei number on your app, then what in phone and apple, we had a start. 3 weeks ago. daughters i phone she used that we are paying for locked and i just needed a receipt and roles corrected on my verizon. they were changed for safety but not in anyway we requested. 55 tries later walked out in tears and left the piece of crap on counter. I am filing for a separation, they are not my phones technically, nor do i want them. I didnt want this company from get go, your family parent plan useless with i phone,we havent received one iota of intel to run our business since 2/2 thanks to verizon. i will live in a shelter before i would ever use your service again and that means xfinity can walk out of my life too. 5 years into your plan and you have allowed my life to be ruined! Lack of security made my daughter a phone junkie, and she moved out 6 mos ago, because i was making her get her boyfriends phone out She made a *** cops had her phone one month into iphone plan. cops had it i never gave it back. NOw locked but you guys have fouled this up so bad that easier to start over and dispute any bills from verizon God knows i have a paper trail too,

4G Service Service Stinks

I've used Verizon for quite some time. I'm on the $70.00 a month supposed unlimited plan but there's nothing unlimited about it.. Not even remotely. It's unlimited unless you use it. .. I'm not one of those people that use 500 GB a month either.. Most months less than 30 and occasionally a little more or less. Lately it's like they're throttling the *** out of it again. I don't know if it's because the towers or because so many people are at home or what but it's totally ridiculous to keep paying this kind of money when it really doesn't work any better paying $70.00+ a month for it than it did when I was on the $40-$50.00 plan. I don't know what the problem is but I sure wish they would make it work half way decently again.

Landline not working

Tried to do a chat to get a service tech to come and all I got was to copy some website and when I couldn't do it they suggested I call. WELL if you don't have a telephone tell me how I was supposed to call. My phone says no line. The battery backup is in the garage and not working. I guess I am supposed to service your equipment as well. Can never get a tech and if when I call for a problem I spend an afternoon trying to get help over the phone listening to "your call is important to us" HA HANever

Terrible Customer Service

Signed up for wireless service a little over a year ago. Picked the iPhone 6 with payments deducted monthly with service /plan fee. Phone is in perfect condition and hasn't been exposed to any kind of damage. Phone began shutting down due to high temperature warning after 3 minutes of use. Called the local Verizon store to go in and get battery replaced, they referred me to a mobile phone repair store, said they didn't replace batteries. Paid $45 for new battery and after an hour started doing same thing. Tried to text with Rosita at Verizon and the session took so long once again my phone started to overheat and I got no resolution whatsoever, kept asking for same information. Of course the phone shut down which I informed her it was going to shut down. You would think if they were concerned about any level of customer service someone would try to contact me...nope nothing. So I'm paying (auto pay) for cell service I can't use and a cell phone that isn't even paid off that I can't use. I would not sign with Verizon I had it to do over and will be looking for another company.

canceled verizon internet called 2 times to make sure 1 month later is still on verizon said I never canceled Verizon reps lied to me several times refused to send email to document the change the culture of steeling from your customers is Verizons trademark

Customer Service

The Verizon landline constantly goes out and outgoing calls can not be made. It is very frustrating for my 98 year old mother. I can not find one number to call to get help. This is outrageous, I will be canceling the service. I have never dealt with such an incompetent company.

Verizon still shutting people down during Pandemic

Mail service is delayed, check did not get there on time, VERIZON shut service down. I thought Verizon signed a contract that they were going to help its customers with COVID! Plus last month they said we went "over" and charged us $30 extra dollars. No way to check their analytics either -they show their own "graphs" of our usage - who knows if that's even true or accurate. Can't talk with anyone since I can't remember the pin number every time I call. #newyorktimes

I have the original email pasted below then another email i sent in regards to never receiving this. I honestly feel since we purchased the phones for the TV rebate that regardless of how long its been it was part of the phone contract that the customer receives the tv . and we sent all the reciepts to the rebates center and contacted them over 10 times. Still to this day not received. Is there a manager i can speak to about a solution to this?? Maybe if i transfer my entire familys phone system back to verizon and add an addition line whixb would bw a total of 4 lines. Lets talk turkey. But we left verify for the simpme fact verizon never sent us our 50 inch Tv or evem bothered to follow up with reasons why. We followed all guidlines and rules and never got the contract met with Verizon and for what reason still dont know to this day. Also if you check your system history we asked to have it delivered to our florida address which never happened. 6 months later moved back to Ohio and never got a call back from Verizon to have it sent here since we never received pur tv rebate Best number to reach me 614.787.2858. Over Billing

I have spent two days on the phone attempting to get this resolved. My phones are still shut off even though I've had several representatives confirm that they shouldn't be.

I was hung up on several times by representatives today even though if you review the calls you can see that I was calm the entire time. The worst part is that my company lost a lot of money last week due to my phones being shut off.

I switched my business plan from AT&T to Verizon a few years ago as a part of a "BOGO" Promotion that they were offering (BIG MISTAKE). I purchased the phones/service from a Verizon location in Clarks Summit, PA and was shown (In Writing) from the Manager on-site what I would be paying each month. He even made it a point to sign his name on the quote. Just to show me that it would "never go above that amount". From the very first bill I was charged DOUBLE!, I wasn't given the promotion I was promised and haven't been ever since. I made trips to this store every single month in an attempt to get this corrected initially. Each time I would spend hours there waiting. Then told that they had FINALLY fixed the issue and that I would see a credit on my next bill. "Just pay this month and we'll issue a credit for what you overpaid". Yet each month there was never a credit and they would do it again!!! I have made several calls, spent several hours on the phone being lied to each time and this HAS NEVER BEEN CORRECTED!!! I have a company to run and CANNOT AFFORD TO BE OVERCHARGED EVERY MONTH! I have a very tight budget. Being charged more than double month after month finally caught up to me causing me to be late on my payments (BECAUSE I WAS LIED TO AND TOLD THAT THE CREDITS WOULD KCK IN TO COVER THIS). My phones were shut off and I was charged reconnection charges for each line!!!. Reconnection charges for not wanting to OVERPAY every month? For not wanting to pay whatever they wanted to charge. After 2 years of dealing with this company I am furious! The final straw was today. They turned off my phones again!!! I just paid a bill again last FRIDAY (A week ago)!!! I had just paid another bill 2 weeks before that! I was on the phone with them for 1 hour and 43 minutes, trying fruitlessly yet again. I was told by the lady I spoke with that she could see where I was being overcharged every month!!! But that forms were never filled out properly and submitted for approval each time that I had called in! Every time? So because of the inept Customer Service Reps, and MANAGERS not doing their job, I should have to continue to OVERPAY EVERY MONTH. I was told to pay an amount and that a credit would be issued for the remainder. I have been on the phone with Verizon (Transferred back and forth) since 8:00 this morning yet again. It is 12:30 in the afternoon now!!! Representatives have confirmed with me that I am being overcharged every month for additional lines. That my phones are being shut off with out notice (for no reason) and then I am charged a reconnection fee when they do!!! Yet no one will help me. Even now when a Business Representative couldn't figure out how to get my phones turned back on, he just hung up on me. After being on that particular call for over an hour! I have a Business to run and am losing time, money and am aggravated beyond belief. Their Customer Service is a Joke! They will rob you every month and not deliver on what it states in THE ACTUAL AGREEMENT YOU SIGN!

UPDATE: After spending my entire day trying to get this corrected... I cannot get through their automated system.

After being told today (on two separate calls) that my phone lines are showing active on their end. My phones are still not working! It just directs me to pay another $700 to restore services in order to use them. I've already paid twice in a month (Over $900).

For a service that I was told should only be costing me $310 per month! When I attempt to get through the automated system it says "There are no live agents that can assist you right now"!!!

My only only option is to pay an amount that I was told earlier today I didn't have to pay in order to have my phones! I have a business to run!!!

Ported Numbers Are on 2 separate accounts

The middle of last November, I moved from Sprint Verizon; the gal who ported my numbers didn't on 2 separate accounts; I didn't want to separate accounts but was reassured the separate accounts would be merged. Now after 2 months, which I've contacted Verizon some 12 to 20 times to resolve the issue, I'm no closer to getting the accounts merged; the service on one of the accounts keeps getting turned off due to no payment--I don't have access to that account. I'm going to try AT&T or go back to Sprint.
