They never response to my story but I say a spade is a spade. U should not wait that long to get something from a provider they could do better than that they advertise for u to get phone internet etc from them but reality it is the same bull u face to wait for months to get internet service is totally outrageous

To get internet service in your area u have to wait from someone to give up their service and u maybe lucky to get it. This is toooo dam long to wait while the grass growing the horse starving. This is totally *** from a big company they need to do better

No customer service, shipped active pre delivered router still set up for previous customer in NewYork under rma damage return to me as a new internet customer. 4 months later 7 requests for return box and label all I got was a a bill for non return of router and collections. Filed defamation and harassment oclaim via sedgwick.

Verizon gets 0. Billing issues excuses from CS delays resolving problems. They have included the 94.00 I just paid on 11/1/23 to my next bill. This bill was generated on 10/28/23.

This is the digital age. I filed complaint with FCC. I am in contact with Verizon executive relations. CS Shawn said a ticket has to made and it will take 3 days to correct. He- Shawn- said he cannot remove the charge manually. Do not let anything go with Verizon. Monitor your account. Document. File complaints with regulatory agencies. Change your behavior.

The worst customer service: I had people going off on me, hanging up on me, telling me every kind of lies, making me go in circles to get nowhere during daily phone calls of 3 hours and longer, service appointments that were never forwarded to the center where I was supposed to go (Best Buy - they didn't even look at my phone and kicked me out saying there was nothing they could do for me - they didn't even give me anything to prove that I showed at my appointment), different cust serv rep giving me contradicting solutions that never got me anywhere. After 3 weeks (!!!) I finally receive a replacement phone that doesn't work.

You are downright horrible. Give me a working phone and then I am changing company because you are a thieving conniving company with inept and rude people working for you.

22 years of punctual and complete payments to receive this horrible treatment is just unreal. I wish you to end up like Best Buy.

I was forced to change plans, promised multiple times, multiple ways, that my bill would stay the same, instead went up. Won't fix problem, and again, lied to me multiple times. 22 years with them, no treated like crap.

I went with Verizon about 6months ago they lied about the cost of the phones , Im constantly having to call to try and straighten out bills which no one speaks English and then I never get a call back, They raised my bill over 50 dollars and told me they changed my plan ! Of course they dont know why !

International package rates

It took me 45 minutes to finally speak to a representative. I had problems the area code since I was calling out of the country. No help as to what the correct code should be.A third party helped me with the area code. When I finally got Verizon they kept on sending me code to enter which I did and still had problems. By a miracle I was finally able to speak to customer service and they were able to help me. Very frustrating

Why am I getting billed for a prepaid phone??

I had the phone turned off months ago. I got the phone for my mom because it was supposed to be users friendly for senior citizens, and prepaid. She could never use it so I went to a Version store in Gainesville Tx and had it turned off. Why would I have a bill for a prepaid phone service? Please advise!! Thank you
