Verizon in Dallas, Texas - I need a refund. Stop sending bills.

How sad it is that I has satisfactory service for over 5 years with Verizon. All I wanted was to transfer my service from 757 S. Rogers Rd. in Irving TX to 3223 W.Shady Grove Rd.. After trying for 3 1/2 weeks, it wasn't successful. When the time came for my appointment they never showed up, they kept telling me the order got cancelled. Now my problem is that I got an overpayment letter of $150.07. For the past two months I've received bills for 52.00 for internet. I turned in all my equipment, why?

OUTGOING CALLS FROM VERIZON's I PHONE DO NOT RECIVE ON Majicjack

I called Majicjack and Verizon. Calls from all carriers receive to Majicjack except VERIZON's I Phone. Both sons have I Phones they can not get me using I Phone from Verizon. They get message . Phone is out of serve or long distance call. I can call them. I have verizon cell phone it works, Something is in I-phone? Anyone has tech solution? Both companies are passing buck. Help Help If i do not solve problem i need to switch reg tel companies. any Gov agency number who can help? Verizon has become the worst .

After many years as a residential and business customer, I have become extremely discouraged, and annoyed with the lack of service from Verizon. As a business customer in Real Estate I have been misled, constantly left hanging on the phone for 1 hr. only to be disconnected, lied to Re: Fios installation, had phone disconnected for no reason Had a "no show "for installation and no call to cancel. Been billed for a service I do not have and unending problems with the internet. The representatives are poorly trained and in many cases impossible to understand. Residential service is no better One can no longer rely on information given.

Thanks Verizon too bad your offer was a fraud

My Motorola Droid failed last Friday and I am 6 mos from contract renewal, guaranty outdated. Verizon first offered to sell me a new phone at the 2 yr contract date. I said send an IPhone. No that's not included in the offer. I then said I'll pay you for the HTC Thunderbolt and placed the order. Six hours later Verizon called and said I couldn't have the Thunderbolt either, but they would send me a new Motorola Droid for nothing as if under guaranty. I was happy to accept that offer. The only problem is that was 5 biz days ago and every day I call and ask where is my phone?? - they lie and say it was just shipped out, you'll have the phone tomorrow. They went from a happy customer to losing a customer when contract renewal time arrives

Verizon.....customer service? NO

I have been dealing with Verizon for over a year now regarding a set-top box that they sent me by mistake. I returned it 4-29-10....according to the U.P.S. receipt. They have even admitted that they received it. So why am I getting billed monthly for it? Seems to be a big problem to tell the billing department. Have made dozens of call and sent dozens of e-mails and all I can get is "Thanks for being a customer...we appreciate your business" it will be taken care of in 1 - 2 billing cycles. I still monthly have to call to get the charges reversed. A FREAKING YEAR NOW!!!!!

Verizon Internet has not provided quality service and doesn't care

I installed Verizon Internet service in my home late December, 2010. Since that date, I have had numerous disconnects. Since April 12, 2011, I have been disconnected almost 50 times. I wrote to Verizon twice, because I couldn't get any satisfaction over the phone, but they have never responded. Do you think they really care that I have lost service so many times? I have been told that if I disconnect the service I have to pay more than $150 as a termination fee. Anyone else having similiar issues with Verizon??? Is there a source where I might be able to get some satisfaction?

Verizon Wireless Charged Me $1054.78 For Service I Did Not Use

Copy of letter sent to Verizon Wireless. Friday, April 08, 2011 Verizon Wireless 777 Big Timber Rd Elgin Il 60123 Att:Evelyn Dear Evelyn, Thanks for your recent correspondence regarding the charges in dispute. As you know your firm and I have add numerous contacts about this problem. Let me go thru the entire situation and time line as I have not done this on paper before. On January 7,2011 thru January 14,2011 I was on a cruise ship departing from Ft Lauderdale, Fl to the Caribbean and return. I had my computer and your wireless card with me on this cruise. I did use the computer on the cruise to check my investments but for a limited amount of time, as I considered it very expensive, thru the ship's wi-fi service not thru verizion. However the card remained plugged into the computer and as far as I can tell this is the problem(My Bad). Before writing this letter I checked thru all my email messages and did not find any record of an alert for over usage and I for sure did not receive it while on the cruise or I certainly would not have continued to use it to the tune of $1054.78. This amount is more than I spend,or can afford, for a years worth of Verizon service. As you can see from my past records I rarely use Verizon service except for some time between January and April. I keep the account active just in case I need to use it when I am away from home. As I have stated previously I was very satisfied with your with your coverage and service up to this point. Ok here is where the story gets rough. When I returned from the cruise I tried to use the Verizon service and found that for some reason it failed to work. I went to a Verizon store in Coral Springs, Fl. in search of a solution. I brought in the computer with the Verizon card attached. I was informed by a Verizion representive that, after checking, the problem was not with Verizon but with my computer. He suggested various ways to solve this problem. I tried these solutions and none of them worked. I finally reinstalled the entire operating system loosing much of my important data. This did not work either. I was traveling around the state of Florida at the time so I visited a Verizon store in Port Charlotte, Fl to seek a solution. There I was informed that my service had been suspended. This after I had erased everything in the computer to try to solve the problem. As you can well imagine I was quite upset with this outcome and the $1054.78 in charges. At this time and in the issuing days I had numerous phone conversations with Verizon to try to seek a solution to this problem. I was offered a credit of $527.39 however I found this unacceptable as I never used the service at all. Make sense? If we are being honest here I am sure you have confronted this type of a problem many times, right? Ok. Here is what to me would be a satisfactory resolution. Because I was not intelligent, or informed, enough to remove the card from my computer while on this cruise(as I said before, MY BAD) I will be willing to pay an extra months service of $63.37, or pay the $527.30 and receive a credit for 9 months service at my present rate to satisfy and restore, in it's entirety, this account. Verizon charged a early termination and I was there for 2.5 years.

I switched to Verizon, because they gave me a better plan. They told me it would be a 2 year contract. I had Verizon for 2.5 years and they charged me an early termination fee anyway, just because I changed my plan once in the middle. I changed my plan, because I was getting phone bills over 100.00 each month. Even after I changed my plan, the bills continued to increase. This is the reason that I changed to a different carrier. Be very careful with the criminals. They care only about them and not the customer. Rock Dallessandro

Verizon customer service is a joke

Recently I bought my husband an HDTV for his birthday. I picked out the Primo HD package (the lowest). He decided he would be happier with the Extreme (mid grade) package. When I turned in my old box, I mentioned that I wanted the upgrade. They put it through on the computer (or so I thought). We never got the additional channels. Every time I contacted Verizon's 1-800 number I got either a different excuse, or another broken promise, including the following: 1. The request is still pending. (Huh????) 2. You should have your new channels within the hour. 3. Your lineup is scheduled to change on the 22nd. (it is now the 24th and we STILL don't have our channels. This is absurd. 2.
