Automated can’t resolve issue and won’t get me a human

They have designed their automated support/customer service to prevent you from getting a person. Customer support has gotten really bad. Once they sell you. They abandon you. Im done with Verizon. They are getting as bad as AT&T. Dont waste your time with Verizon. Just switch.

Fraud , frozen account

A pho e call/ voicemail from Verizon stating my account is frozen. Ive been on hold for almost a hour and unable to talk with anyone. The digital assistant is not helpful as it wants way work to get info as to whether or not it was a scam call/voicemail message from (813) 349-****.

Dispute bill

Last night, I was charged 2GB for Google Play running all night long. I have been a Verizon customer since the '90's, a long and valued relationship. I am disputing this bill for additional billing for approximately $120 for Google Play. The rest of my bill was for minimal amounts of time for time spent on the phone. The phone is infrequently used. No way have I ever spent anywhere near that amount of time on the phone. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, the phone is not for playing or researching but for a serious way to contact family members. Thank you, Connie S Gilmore

Customer service not helpful

Came to visit Verizon in La Quinta but the lady did not bother to hear our plea to help us. Just gave us a Tel # for us to call

User's recommendation: When your customer made an efforts to go out of the way to visit the store we deserve to be helped not just give us a tel# to call.

Service person driving extremey irradic.

Im not so sure the email reached the proper department. I received an email stating it could not be delivered and I would get an update if it wasn't.

Verizon has not tried to contact me on the matter. I didnt expect them to. I had an issue with a tech and had gotten through to his manager.

The manager basically pushed it under the rug and that tech still has his job even though he blatantly went against company policy. Verizon will cover up what they can to save their image.

The driver was driving at least 20 miles an hour over the speed limit passing in and out if traffic cut people off nearly rear ending someone, and almost he almost ran me off the road. I caught up with him at several red lights where he again took off at a high rate pushing against the car in front of him to get that person out if his way. He almost rear ended another person who was stopping at a red light.

Unlimited severely limited

I pay for unlimited data, my device is Verizon broadband modem with voice. It counts all traffic as hotspot and they limit hotspot to 3g speeds. There are no cable or fiber here I hate Verizon but theres nothing else.

My Cable TV equipment and programming was upgraded without my permission

I called to complain about service interruptions and Verizon upgraded my equipment and account without my consent. My bill has increased and i have been charged an upgrade charge. I called and IM them and was promised a credit that i have not received. I have had it with Verizon's very substandard practices and third world customer service.

Incompetent

I have been a loyal customer for 17 years!! Paying 4 lines for all of that time. I'm fed up. I am getting told that my "next bill" will have the credits. I'm done!

Bad customer service

My bill was $298.06. I requested more time to pay half. Verizon refused They proceeded to shut off the service and then lied and said that they had only cut off the TV and not the internet They cut off both The statement on their website stated that I could make a payment arrangement. Every time I would try to adjust the date for the payment the screen would change it back to 6/10/2021 Not a customer friendly company arrangement arrangement paym arrangement

No phone service

DOur phone has been having occasional outages. It has recently gotten worse. I often get cut off in the middle of a call. We have checked at the entry of the line, still nothing. My husband looked at the pole where our line branches off. The cover is off, and there is a lot of corrosion. He tried to call, but cant get any farther than the list of checks. Thanks 301-293-****
