Sorry but that IS prepaid. The whole buying minutes is probably found with different companies.

Every prepaid out now is you buy the phone and the plan but you pay monthly! If you don’t want the phone don’t use it or if you don’t want to pay next month down. No bill to pay because it’s up to you.

They even sell the cards at Walmart and you can pick the plan you use. Your misconception of the prepaid system isn’t Verizon’s fault and you should of asked how their prepaid worked.

Deleted Cinemax and HBO from Ultimate TV Package and now asking $25 a month for both. Bad business. Also upgraded speed and agent said have same stations for a slightly higher price. No word about no Cinemax or HBO. Quite disappointed and feel deceived

You signed a form about the 14 day return period... just like a car the second you turn on the phone it loses a lot of value because it is no longer new.

I'm sure you realize this is your fault not Verizons?

most of these complaints are due to people either ignoring what they signed and claiming no one explained anything to them. LOL

Our land line service was inactive for almost a year. A town project occurred and the line was taken out without permission.

Verizon tried to find the cables, was unable. Still charging us after several calls to them, with the names of engineers we were working with. Filed a complaint with the FCC, the bill was credited. Thought after canceling the service we were done.

Received a bill for $9 and change. Said it was a pro forma rate based on the previous usage. The best was receiving 56 mailed notices all with different wording.

Someone in error sent us every letter template they use. Going to send another complaint to the FCC.

this is for all phone companies not just verizon. They ALWAYS charge an advance month. when you are using the internet they probibly mean data, data you pay for. anything streaming.. music, video's YOUTUBE, text messaging and email is NOT data. if you were using internet then they pro-rate it, meaning they should of givin you back the portion that you did not use. like it you used 2 days.. they should of giving you back 28 days werth. Next time try just calling a corporate headquaters verizon then the small stores because in the end they cant do *** Hope this helps. PS. i have verizon for my cell service they have been great to me.
