Im not so sure the email reached the proper department. I received an email stating it could not be delivered and I would get an update if it wasn't.
Verizon has not tried to contact me on the matter. I didnt expect them to. I had an issue with a tech and had gotten through to his manager.
The manager basically pushed it under the rug and that tech still has his job even though he blatantly went against company policy. Verizon will cover up what they can to save their image.
