Worst customer service ever. I was on the phone for 11 hours total to change two lines from postpaid to prepaid. The billing still isn’t right. Can’t straighten it out with any of the customer service reps. They just keep transferring me to the department that won’t fix it either. ELEVEN HOURS!!!! Talking with people that can’t and won’t help. Save yourself! Choose any other provider.

After approximately 15 years of being with this company I finally left after my contract was up. I left because my bill was never what they said it would be. Every month it billed me for more. After closing my account and paying my final bill they sent me a bill for $185.00 for early termination. I spoke with a billing supervisor and he told me flat out he would not reverse it after one rep offered to reduce it by $133. They are crooks. Sign no contract with Verizon, ever.

I have had nothing but good service from them. During ice storm of 2009, they were the only service working.

The city switch to Verizon so they would have service . Problems are resolved quickly.

Sometimes with some companies you have to know how to get the service you need. Mention corporate, switching, BBB, Attorney General of your State does wonders

I called last week and was on the phone literally 2 1/2 hours being transferred from department to department and given other numbers to call. I am waiting on the phone now for10 minutes after trying to use chat and calling the number they said to use and being transferred and now it is 15 minutes and no one comes to the phone. 3 Hours of phone time, 95% of which was waiting listening to that ugly music. Verizon is the VERY WORST customer service company I have ever dealt with.

Jan 10 2019 We were in NC for a funeral tried to use GPS to get to the airport it wouldn't load, I thought it was the area but we were in Raleigh so there are towers so we kept going in circles because it didn't load this is not good when you are not familiar with a town and don't know who to ask without something bad happening to you because you are from out of town. Today 24 Jan 19 can't open emails keep getting a timeout error stating check your internet connection, it's a cell phone. This is ridiculous and if you call them they charge you $7 to speak to a human representative. So customer service isn't free unless it's with automated system? Horrible noncustomer friendly company the last 3-4 months.
