Stolen phone

The hold for Customer Service is entirely too long! Its ridiculous that someone who has been a customer for over 15 years has to wait 20 minutes to talk to a customer service representative.

I need to disconnect a phone

My husband joseph perricci passed away. I need to have his phone 845416**** turned off. I cannot afford to keep paying for it while trying to get hold of customer service.

I was led to believe a promotion with Verizon would giving me 30 days mins So I thought I had untill sept the 5th to reload my phone but insted I was turned completely and when I called about this promotion all of a sudden he said I needed to pay a few more times which non of that was mentioned when I activated the phone So I will hopefully soon do completely away with Verizon service Thank you

Misrepresentation

I purchased a phone from Alexander City Verizon store on May 24,2021! I ask the salesperson that I wanted to pay for the phone in full! I said I didnt want any charges on my bill! So I paid what she said I owed! I paid the bill in full! First bill I was charged something, cant remember the amount! I went to the store and ask her about it and she told me that it would take a couple of billing cycles to get it fixed! Well Im being charged again! I paid what she quoted me!

Terrible customer service

Paid monthly bill on a timely basis as usual, even kept copy of receipt "account paid in full". This month I receive a message which threatens me with an overdue amount plus a new monthly amount. I contacted customer service

To help others run from your service.or more accurately,complete lack of it

I need my pin # in order to activate my phone.when I pay Verizon for my account,I actually get to use it. NOT wait for DAYs for a Sim,o not be unable to get my pin #...customer reps open till 11:30 pm? In what dimension would you say? Not here.now its costing me money and lots of time,and any savings I got are nothing compared...STILL TRYING

Web site does not allow to register without buying Verizon Cloud Unlimited Service Trial Subscription

It took forever to chat with the rep on web site to remove that service. The rep said it was a technical issue. But I believe it was intentional.

Bill resolved 20 days ago...still getting emails and texts

After another lengthy phone call, I finally got thru to a "Person", and he said after investigating it was a "system glitch". And that my balance is ZERO. I to never hear from them again!

I had to send them information from my bank showing the payment, I uploaded on July 6th and a few minutes later received an email stating issue resolved. I thought thank God! Well, they still are harrassing me with emails and texts.

Turn on phone from seasonal use

NoI had a taxi 811 phone and I just caught on fire on me I don't know what to do about it like I'm just running into your dead ends with it I paid over $300 for the phone I only had 6 months I don't know what to do about it hang up on me good luck you roy McDaniel

Continual billing after disconnecting service

I discontinued service with Verizon in Feb 2021. They have confirmed that they owe me $42.00. Today I received a bill from them for $120.00 in unpaid balance.
