Verizon is the worse company ever to get involved with run the other way.

Verizon is a trap. They are the worse company to get involved with. Do not sign any contract-do not get phone insurance. Take it from my loss, run and run fast before they try to GET in your pocket, and then you cannot get them out. phones are made of glass there meant to break your at a loss from the beginning.do not sign a plan your trapped. these people are the bad dont eget caught up.

Needed help from my government phone and they try to charge me a dollar to answer a question is why it's so it's not working bad business

My phone is not allowing me to call out or to receive calls it automatically hangs up, that's why I got a government phone because I couldn't afford a phone but you're going to try to charge me a dollar to assist me with your product I don't think that's very civil or right

Unable to Pay Bill or Contact Live Chat!

I have not yet been able to check in to my account. And Verizon has yet to contact me.

No matter what information I provided, I was unable to sign in to pay my bill! I know my phone number, my name, my address, my zip phone, etc., but Verizon accepts none of these and locked me out. I spent 45 minutes and could not sign in, pay m bill. or even chat to an agDo SwithSwithent! What n the heck is the matter with Verizon!!??

Payment issue

Impossible to deal with Verizon!! That company cannot claim to b interested in its customers Will explore other carriers immediately

Unable to activate a phone I purchased from them

I initially ordered 2 phones and 2 plans from Tele sales. The I phone 13 Pro had to be ordered, and the I phone 13 was in stock at a local Verizon store. I initially attempted to set it up yesterday after picking it up at the store. I was able to transfer my information from one I phone to the other, but had no way to activate it. Customer service was already closed. I I tried the texting assistant, they informed me I needed to contact customer service tomorrow, which is today. I did call and was on the phone 2.5 hours and after 6 different people no one could activate it. The last thing they said was to take it to the store, not sure what they could do, that support or tele sales could not. I out of frustration just canceled my order and plans . They want to charge me 50 dollars for for a restocking fee, for a phone they sell and could not activate. I did pay the taxes of 198. I will most likely contact my bank and let them fight it out. But buyer beware User's recommendation: Try AT&T
