VERIZON WIRELESS when they sell you something that comes out defective and you tell them about it , they get mad ....they only care about how many cells they can sell a day .once you buy something and you start having problems with it,according to them it's not their problem anymore.i bought a notebook and i started having problems with it . i went back and told them about it and the employee told me that i had to go somewhere else to resolve this problem . i should of gotten a new one cause it was insured.., i went 3 times to the store to talk to them and all they gave me was ugly faces and rude attitudes.i don't recommend VERIZON WIRELESS communications to anyone because they are rude and liars and definitely unprofessional 1297498

Rude,don't explain,I could go on but they give me a headache. I got a bill for 968.05, just paid 870.00 stayed on phone for hour it is ridiculous! I'm done they could give reason! They was rude.
