I bought a new Apple 4 about 6 months ago and have been having problems with the battery for about 4 of those months". I kept going back to the Verizon store and they would adjust something and then say come back if it didin't work/. Well I finally had it and last week I said, I want a replacement?. I do have insurance on the phone/. Well they sent me a "reconditioned" phone with a crack across the screen.. I paid good money for a new phone and had problems with it after the first months and they don't stand behind their products;. My husband just bought an I phone 4S from them and we are returning it and going to AT&T". Verizon really sucks.. I bought a new phone that is defective and I deserve a new phone. Period. 1297351

Written by anon on April 12, 2012 from johnstown, pennsylvania, US even apple would replace your iPhone with a refurbished unit. same for iPod and iPad. that's to be expected with pretty much all electronics companies i've ever dealt with. i've had verizon replace phones for me and i didn't have any issue with any replacements. it's unlikely they sent physically broken replacement units, but i'm sure it's possible just as anything else. |
