"Every month I been charge $15.00 each line reconnection fees ( 1 have 4 phones) my husband, son. mom & self. Every monthh if I missed my payments in days, they will shut off our lines and charge $15 each line. for example I made my past due payment on Jan 20, 2012 and the way they handle consumers. I ask them before but threathen you that they will cut your lines or pay, they are rude and unhelpful, they wont take any consideration at all. Bad Company how i wish I can sue them.."

SO PAY YOUR BILL ON TIME. How hard is that? And if you can't pay your bills, stop using the cell phones and de-activate them. You don't have a right to cell phone use, you have a privilege to use one - if you can afford it. Every time you don't pay your bill on time you are stealing from the company. You told them you would pay on day x of every month, in full. And you broke your end of the agreement. 

You are so wrong, without even mentioning that the re-connect fees are clearly stated in your agreement. The one you signed.
