| 2. Written by Meg Stallings on January 14, 2012 from washington, district of columbia, US I switched from Sprint, because their reception was poor in my neighborhood, in November, 2011 to Verizon. Since I have Verizon FIOS, Verizon Wireless said I would get a $10 bundle discount if I called in when activating my new phone to request a "one bill." The discount never appeared on my bill. Verizon Wireless said that it is up to Verizon Communications to give me the discount. After literally 5 hours of mostly being on hold, Verizon C. says that the discount was discontinued last summer and Verizon Wireless says that it can't do anything about it. I hate false promises and would switch back to Sprint if only they had better reception. The people at Verizon C, by the way, were quite rude. ![]() |
