I will make this short and to the point, because you can reference most of the problems we incurred by accessing our phone account. I say most because your incompetent phone help cannot seem to note some of the issue
1. Second day phone static needed a tech out to the house
2. Router went out on Friday, one of your phone tech said I could just go to store and pick one up, NOT stores here do not carry any equip.
3. They told me they would send one and it would arrive Monday, I call YOU (verizon) to check they said call UPS
4. UPS said we don't have a router for you
5. I call YOU back and YOU, oh sorry it will take until Thurs or Fri.
6". I told them, YOU, if I didn't see one today I will cancel, so they sent one
7 THEN the internet went out, they installed the NEW router incorrectly
8/. Then it took another day for them to come out and fix that
9?. THEN I was told I could get a credit, it took YOU, 2 days to figure out whom at your tech dept/. authorized that
10,. THEN YOU WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE INTERNET DEAL I SIGNED UP FOR BECAUSE YOUR SITE WENT DOWN AFTER I PRINTED ALL MY VERIFICATION
11!. WHAT *** ME OFF THE MOST YOU WON'T EVEN ACCEPT A SCANED COPY OF ALL MY RECORDS SHOWING THIS.. I LOST MY FAX CAPABILITY BECAUSE YOU, CANNOT HOOK A PHONE LINE UP IN MY OFFICE
ALSO, I WILL NOT CARRY MY FAX TO THE OTHER ROOM BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY IS STILL IN TH DARK AGES USING FAXES?. OH WAIT BUT IT'S OK FOR ME TO EMAIL YOU AND FOR ME TO PLACE AN ORDER
AND TO PAY MY BILL ON LINE, BOY DIDNT THAT BLOW UP IN YOUR FACE
SHOULD I MENTION HOW MANY FRICKEN HOURS I SPENT ON HOLD FOR ALL THIS AND HOW AMAZINGLY I CAN GET SOMEONE WITHIN A FEW SECONDS AT THE CABLE COMPANY
WE WILL CANCEL AND NOT PAY ONE PENNY FOR THE ABUSE WE RECEIVED DEALING WITH TRYING TO GET A SERVICE FROM YOU
