I called Verizon FIOS to renew my subscription to their service. After two and a half years with FIOS, I am out of a contract and they substantially raised my monthly cost. From the advertised $74".99 I am been charged over $151/month/.
after a long wait to get to their customer services, I got someone who couldn't give me the new advertised price?. the next person I got/. I WILL NEVER FORGET,. The rep was very condescending and rude?. she talked over me often and then she started to scream at me;. She put me on hold and after 27 minutes on the phone I started to tweet about it,. She put me on hold as I was speaking...
After 40 mins on HOLD SHE HUNG UP ON ME.. #Verizon HORRIBLE SERVICE. RIDICULOUS. I have been an always on-time on my payments and this is TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR. I AM HATING VERIZON SO MUCH RIGHT NOW that I can't find the right words to describe.
