ok, so everyone spoke up about Verizon trying to charge folks $2 for paying via bill pay or cash. NOW they have a new 99 cent administrative charge on my bill. I am PROMPTLY going to file a complaint with the FTC and the Attorney General. This is getting ridiculous! Cramming fees into fees that are probably already really pure profit but labeled as a fee. My service isn't that great that I am willing to pay another buck a month to a company that is close to being a monopoly. Let's see 99 extra cent admin charge times the millions of consumers who use their services is a pretty nice profit. I am a small business and if I tried to charge customers extra fees, I guarantee I would NOT simply get away with doing so. This is BS! I am sick of being the loser in big business!!!! 1296b9b

Verizon knows this so they collect more from you by taking your money whenever they come up with another Verizon idea for additional income. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONAAAAYYY!! They don't care about you!! I am going to the Verizon office tomorrow to express my opinion and attempt to eliminate their goal of taking more income from customers if they can get away with it. |

If you don't complain then they keep on taking advantage of consumers. Has your service really improved? Don't bother answering if you are employed by verizon or a division of verizon to scope out complaints and intimidate consumers!!!! I will continue to be heard by the protectors like the attorney general, the FTC and the FCC. It is worth the time to be heard by these consumer protection agencies. |

This is a NEW charge that they are attempting that has nothing to do with collecting payments! The WA AT General, FTC and FCC are working with me on my complaint as Verizon NEVER charged this before. so bugger off you employee of Verizon!!!! Take away taxes vz has to pay along with the multiple people who dont pay their bills companies arent having much choise but to punish everyone because some people decide to be irresponsible. there has always been an admin fee. its a fee supported by the bbb and fcc. there is not a single complaint you can base this on. Also to close this i would like to correct what you said about the 2 dollars. it was not for bill pay or cash. It was a fee for paying through vzw.com or over phone. the fee was only for processing payments through direct verizon wireless systems. Next time you want to come on here and complain please at least have your facts strait. |
