20 or more times a day i lose complete data connection. when i do have data connection it is only on 3g
they advertise that 4g lte is fast and there network is reliable, in my experience it is not even close.
now im stuck with a phone that doesnt work, and locked into a contract. i dread paying the early
termination fee, but i am not going to pay for something that does not work, and is grossly
misrepresented. beware of verizon, do not get stuck like i did 1296ad1

I was excited to get onto the 4g bandwagon only to find that the 4g only works mabey 20 minutes a day. The rest of the time when it does manage to get a data connection its only 3g. The service is so bad it took me 5 times just to pay my bill. Every time i would get all my info into the verizon payment app it would kick me out saying no data connection. Hello? Verizon? Anyone out there? Your data network in tempe az is so unreliable consumers cant even connect long enough to pay their verizon bills. Let just forget the notion of watching a youtube or netflix video. Not happening. I feel ripped off so hard. |
