I had been looking forward to FIOS in my area; glad Verizon didn't answer the number they gave. That company has gone way downhill.

Telephone tree is horrible. Tried to call Repair, followed telephone tree instructions and was disconnected three times -- one by a rep. And the repair call was to report an issue with an invalid's telephone.

I'll stick with Optimum Cablevision, at least I reach a human being in less than 30 minutes. I figure that Verizon can't even properly program their own phones and that the telephone tree switched me somewhere incorrectly -- I asked for repair and was told (by the computer) that the office was closed!! Wonderful Service!!!!
