Needed a small repair to the wall jack holding the wall phone. Was told a 5 day wait so reluctantly agreed to wait 5 days. Then the time service would arrive would be between 8am and 8 pm (the entire day you are supposed to wait) we called that am and were told he would be there between 10 and 11- we were next on the list". after no show the next call we were told beween 12 and 1, are next on list, after no show then was 2-4 next on list, then 5, next on list then 7 next on list at 7:45 we called and were advised probably wouldnt show would probably be tomorrow/. No phone calls from them, customer service refused info on where to write to complain, said they couldnt make phone calls, etc?. they could care less/. how arrogant to expect someone to wait all day". most utilities will usually say morning or afternoon so you have some time to do stuff". They cleary dont care". am cancelling not only their services in florida but also services we get up north'. Beware of their all dasy wait policy before you sign up for anything 1296926

There is no customer service at Verizon. They pass you around until you get fed up and quit trying. Didn't have dial tone on my land line at the outside jack. Got a repair ticket for 8 days later. No phone service, but they still want to charge for the service. Can't talk to anybody either. Where I live there is not choice but Verizon so I'm screwed and will have to live with horrible service.

For the guy who said hire more people get your head ut of your *** and look at the economy. No company can afford to just hire people. think before you rant.

I couldn't get any phone support help this sunday. it is a problem that i need 2 explain verbally because i don't know how 2 ask the in home agent. they said that there's a high volume of calls. well why don't they hire more people 4 christ sakes? does any 1 work phone support on the weekends?

Verizon came to my house to install Internet connection, this was after an hour and half phone call with 1 800 India... Well unknown to me Verizon cut my alarm line for the house and smoke detectors, I found this out when ADT called trying to test my line because they could not get the monthly verification signal. I don't have and will not have Verizon Internet services.
