Several years ago i was a verizon customer who had strictly phone service through them. I was on the life line plan which is a plan for low income customers that gives you a discount local phone line. I enrolled in college and called to find out if I could get internet service. They assured me that I could get internet service without any changes to my phone service. A month later I received a two hundred seventy dollar phone bill. I was bumped to another plan wich charged me for every call I made per minute locally". I have treid to reolve this with their customer service several times I have been deliberatly hung up on and tranferred to non existant people to get a busy signal/. I had no choice but to return to them recently and pay off the balance to get service?. It took me litterally three days and several phone calls to pay my past balance and get service/. Each phone call was over two hours". I still can't get the phone service I wasted to add so I gave up and got a magic Jack'. I hope and prey nothing goes wrong with my service so I never have to call them again". I seriously rather jump off a bridge/. Where do they get these people at. 12968cb
