had a problem with a local Verizon store contacted Verizon customer Service they found that local store did me wrong". They customer Service said in email to me that my Dec bill would be no charge, but now Jan 1 got bill saying that I owe them/. Saying that that was not what they said my payment is due?. I told them that I have email they said it does not matter with them /. All I want is for Verizon to honor there word'. And not to lie about it/.I ask that they not black ball me:.Here lately my phone just stop working for no reason at all'. In the last month I have had to get (3) three replacement phones 1296890
