Recently was charged an extra $1 fee for cash payment, VERIZION cell phone. This was not a late fee, or any thing like that. I was being punished for paying my bill with cash. This happened at the verizion store in clinton missouri. What else will we be charged for? Do they not charge enough?? Not much wonder our country is in such bad shape!! Its not brain surgery people, we need to let these people know we will not tolerate such charges!! They backed off there $2 fee they were going to push down our throats!! They should back off this fee also!!! 12965ef

Remember, when a phone company changes the terms of the contract, you can cancel with no penalty and go to another provider. When they want to charge you additional fees for something like paying in coin of the realm, tell them you will be going elsewhere---and don't pay the $1 fee anyway. By the way, this $1 fee may be a part of the new $2 fee for paying online that they just got rid of. Maybe they cancelled the fee for cash also. |
