I have had Verizon as provider for more than two years. I transferred my account on Dec 29 2011 and the channel Gol tv was removed from my package. I called and they told me that channel was not part of the package any more. I signed a contract with the channel included. I talked with three different persons on the phone and one of them told me: You had a channel you did not pay for......I am so disappointed... the options to ask questions are zero and costumer service is horrible! All you hear form them is: that's not something I can help you with and I don't know what else you can do... 12965b8
