NOT please with Verizon. My bill hasn't been consecutive for the past three months. The sales rep relayed false billing information. They charged me almost $150 on my bill just for cutting a phone on that I brought in from home, the sales rep told me It would be $40. Then it goes down for the month of September. An inexperienced representative said he was matching Best Buy's trade in prices and ordering my upgrade phone. When I did not receive a confirmation I called Verizon and no record. They investigated the call and agreed to give me what I was offered for a trade in and Isent my new phone. I spent HOURS on the phone to resolve. After multiple phone calls to Verizon Customer Service to economically and efficiently disconnect service after my contract, I was misinformed, lied to and cheated on my final bill. Shame on you Verizon for your lack of integrity. Customer service told me to wait until a specific date to avoid a $120 per line, early termination fee. All my experience with iPhone had been in the UK until I recently moved to the U.S. and upgraded iPhones with verizon. I assumed that the hotspot feature worked as when overseas it was simple to enable the feature myself. I specifically confirmed this feature was available when I signed in with verizon. 10.20.12 No service on my phone, No call, No txt, No Internet - it just had to happen on my anniversary day! Called CS spoke with Maurice who was by the way very helpful and patient.. VZW allowed someone to purchase an iPhone and extend my service agreement on my wireless account. When I caught this - and it's just luck that I did -, after exhausting phone exchanges with Customer Service and Fraud, they finally removed the charges and reset my service date.
