Verizon failed to provide adequate service and equipment! Contacted them and they said if they found signal was inadequate with a signal check, I would not have to pay ETF's! my verizon cell increased by $10.00 starting this month 7/15.. i called them and they said i was given a $10.00 promotion credit for a year and now it's up. what a lie..What promotion? and my 2 yr. contract is up 10/15. i am pissed and want them 2 call me... Add comment

I have an LG G2 phone with Verizon. Recently it auto-updated to the most recent OS Google Lollypop which promptly disabled the phone. I contacted Verizon and was told they were "working on a fix". I want to hear from anyone who was talked out of buying the cell phone via their contract and tricked into thinking that Verizon's Edge program was better.
