The worst cell phone company ever!!!!Their customer service sucks,but yet they never do anything to change it!!!Theres always fees here and there all over my bill,late charges for anything they can thinknof!!!! Add comment

After multiple phone calls to Verizon Customer Service to economically and efficiently disconnect service after my contract, I was misinformed, lied to and cheated on my final bill. Shame on you Verizon for your lack of integrity. Customer service told me to wait until a specific date to avoid a $120 per line, early termination fee. All my experience with iPhone had been in the UK until I recently moved to the U.S. and upgraded iPhones with verizon. I assumed that the hotspot feature worked as when overseas it was simple to enable the feature myself. I specifically confirmed this feature was available when I signed in with verizon. 10.20.12 No service on my phone, No call, No txt, No Internet - it just had to happen on my anniversary day! Called CS spoke with Maurice who was by the way very helpful and patient.. With the 3 hours I've spent on the phone with him I must say that's quite impressive for a CS rep!! VZW allowed someone to purchase an iPhone and extend my service agreement on my wireless account. When I caught this - and it's just luck that I did -, after exhausting phone exchanges with Customer Service and Fraud, they finally removed the charges and reset my service date. Verizon's Financial department told me I was only making minimum payments per month. I pay what the Kiosk says I owe. Sometimes I pay more. They said they couldn't do anything to resolve the problem,I would have to pay it or suffer shut off. And then reconnect fees and so forth. Why couldn't they just text me like they would anyone else, instead of threating with shut off and collections agency... Read more

Rochester way to get through to the local stores. As far as the billing and the numbers to call...impossible to talk to a rep. It looks like you need a 100 words so I will also say that the 55932 area's reception is ridiculous in this day and age. Looks like I am only at 50 words and this must be a company thing but if this goes through or not I will spread the word from a long Verizon... Read more

I have been a loyal Verizon customer for many years. Purchased an Apple iphone 6 at the Apple store, and subsequently get charged a $30'"upgrade" fee. How ridiculous is this? Verizon could care less, any opportunity to apply a bogus fee, they will take, and they are not willing to credit this fee. Filed a claim on Friday. Verizon did not have a replacement phone in their stores of course and I was told a new phone would be shipped to my local store the following Tuesday.
