I purchased two new Samsung Galaxy 5, under a new plan. I was given two envelopes for both phones to mail back to Verizon as requested by the young man who was very nice. They were sent out in November of 2014, one arrived, and the other never made it. They promised me refund on my phone Samsung S5, never got it. They promised me cell phone bill $75 a month. They are charging me $80. I canceled my service and paid on my bills owed and the cancelation fee and taxes owed from years ago 2010 about and I just get a letter saying I owe the same amount from there creditors which the lady did not give a *** about looking into seeing if I paid or whatever one of the reasons I cannot be a Verizon customer seems they hire dishonest people and if you have people who try and pay off... Verizon accepted a payment on 2/17 and then suspended phone lines on 2/19 without notice. They are going to assess a $20 per line fee to reactivitate. We have been their customers for 8 years and are tired of the "I only care about the mighty dollar attitude" that Verizon lives by. Where's the customer service? I had to contact the Corporate office to get my issue resolved with Verizon. In one day I spoke to 8 people.. was hung up on.. told the issue was my fault, almost yelled at, each individual said they didn't deal with the problem and passed me on to somebody else. I bought my son a verizon phone for Christmas to use as prepaid. We called the day after xmas to start the port from Straight Talk to Verizon. Im very dissapoinyed in the forced change of ny plan. I paid $60 a monyh and that covered all my data for the most part. Now im forcrd to buy extra data which i have spent and extra $60 on this month. I want yo have my money on ny verizkn avcount refunded or transfered to another provider along with my number.
