I want to hear from anyone who was talked out of buying the cell phone via their contract and tricked into thinking that Verizon's Edge program was better. Back in 2011 I had a Verizon cell phone for three days.On the third day I returned the phone and paid them a restocking fee of $35. Also paid the bill for one month, $40. They charged me $110 cause they alleged that I used more minutes in those three days that I should for only three days usage. I told them that regardless if I use my minutes spread over 30 days or 3 it should make no difference.... Read more

Breech in security, my Samsung s v was cloned resulting in identity theft. These idiots charged me 1000 dollars was at 3 stores 8 times called multiple times and every rep could tell me nothing. They are scamming consumers to switch to sprint as sprint has merged with them .the only way to get their attention is to threaten to go prepaid. Their billing is deceptive! I went from T-Mobile to Verizon because of their coverage. The price I'm paying is not worth it. They are refusing to refund for services that I did not use. Even though many representatives said I was going to receive a refund on my final bill. I switched carriers on March 14, 2015 and the bill cycle is from the 24th through the 25th of the month and because I cancelled at the middle I did not deserve a refund for the unused portion.
