Filed a claim on Friday. Verizon did not have a replacement phone in their stores of course and I was told a new phone would be shipped to my local store the following Tuesday. Omg...left Sprint after 20yrs.wanted Galaxy 3 Note...children gifted it to me on Mothers Day 2014...WHAT AN EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD..labor and delivery was easier... 2 phones later..3 Sim least 12 visits to the store...the last 9/20, while in Atlanta for a wedding...reboot after reboot..back home and I still need a working phone...NE WE AGAIN...I TRADE UNLIMITED EVERYONE FOR THIS POS!!!... Went to a Verizon store for a phone upgrade. Simple enough, understood all the costs involved and was ready to be on my way. Just then a manager walks by and drops a notebook in front of me and says "here take it, it's free" I told him "thanks but no thanks, I don't need a notebook". I submitted a bad review on Aug 15th; mostly about the lack of good customer service from Verizon. The manager of the Appleton store finally got back to me today. Nicole was fantastic. Corporate Verizon should talk to her and listen. She did a great job and resolved all my problems with courtesy. Hopefully she will be able to teach the other employees her skills. I have had my cell service with Airfire for years and loved my new phone. They are closing and I needed to find new service. Sad thing is Airfire had great customer service and so I was spoiled. I signed up for Verizon a few months ago, I did check the coverage area ( I mean,hey there are 2 Verizon stores in this small town) so, we signed up 3 lines ,data phones,etc...The past few weeks , I get no reception in my house ,I drop calls daily, the phone won't ring,but all of a sudden,there will be a VM. Beware when you add a family member to your current contract. We added our Granddaughter to our contact and were told there be no changes to our existing anniversary date. When you add a family member and purchase a phone from Verizon that family member will be under your contract, however the anniversary date for that family member will be for two years. My husband and I had the family mobile plan. We decided to go to Verizon canceled the plan on April 19th. We got a bill for two months which we only owed a half month. We called customer service and we were told to send a email about this bill. We got a email the next day saying we have to pay for service for over a month that we didn't even use. Should this not be against the law Add comment

I went into the local Verizon store today and asked about their pricing, they proceded to run my credit and told me that the deposts for our service (2 lines) would be $800! that is more than my fiance and my rent! I told them that was outrageous and the clerk pretty much said "meh so be it" he even said do you know anyone who would open the account for us and im like that is illegal to even ask... Read more
